How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During limited edition drops or sales events, processing times may extend to 7-10 business days due to high volume.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our grooming products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is the difference between your oil-based and water-based pomades?
Our oil-based pomades offer traditional hold and high shine that won't dry out, while our water-based (and unorthodox water-based) formulas provide easier washability and varying levels of matte to medium shine.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are Lockhart's products tested on animals?
No, we are a cruelty-free brand. All of our authentic grooming products are tested on humans (ourselves and our professional barbers) to ensure the highest quality.
